South African comedian Trevor Noah is currently in Australia for the Just For Laughs Sydney comedy festival performing his hilarious “Lost in Translation” stand-up this week to a full house in the Concert Hall at the Sydney Opera House.

Noah and Minhaj will join “The Best F*&#ing News Team Ever!” which includes the talented Samantha Bee, Jordan Klepper, Jason Jones, Jessica Williams, Lewis Black, John Hodgman, Al Madrigal, Aasif Mandvi, Kristen Schaal and Larry Wilmore, who will be leaving the show at the end of the year to launch The Minority Report with Larry Wilmore in January 2015.

Trevor Noah is no stranger to television hosting numerous shows in his native country South Africa, as well as appearances in the US on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Show with David Letterman. He presented his one man show “The Racist” at the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe in a sold out run that became the buzz of audiences and journalists and the same year was the subject of David Paul Meyer’s award-winning documentary film You Laugh But It’s True which tells the story of Trevor’s remarkable career in post-apartheid South Africa. Noah continues to perform his stand-up shows in front of sell-out crowds touring all over the world.

Hasan Minhaj is a comedian, actor and writer who was recently selected by the Sundance Institute to develop his solo show and feature film with the prestigious New Frontier Storytelling Lab. The screenplay for his feature film Paint the Town is the adaptation of “Sakoon,” his autobiographical solo show based on his experiences as a first generation Indian-American. Minhaj has been seen on a variety of television programs including The Comedy Channel’s Arrested Development Season 4 and @midnight, and Getting On on showcase. He continues to tour the US as a stand-up and was featured as a “New Face” at the 2014 Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal.
