From floorplans requiring a compass to navigate to homes too small for a growing family, postcode envy and beachside dreams – Andrew and Neale have their work cut out for them swaying homeowners to make the right decision… theirs!

After a rollercoaster year of construction, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler leave their home and business behind and move their family to an undeveloped island in the Bahamas in order to renovate and restore a run-down beach front resort. This season the resort’s grand opening date is set just a few months away.

Escape To The Chateau
Dick Strawbridge and his partner Angel decided to uproot their young family from the UK and move to France, leaving a 2-bedroom flat in Southend for a 45-room chateau in northern France on 12 acres of land. This series follows the Strawbridge family over a year – from shopping for a chateaux to overcoming huge hurdles to transform this wreck into a stunning home, just in time for their wedding.

Expert architect George Clarke shows that, by using cutting-edge design, even the ugliest house on the street can be transformed into a home to be proud of. He teams up the owners of some of Britain’s drabbest homes with some of the UK’s leading architects. From a tired 1960’s A-frame house to a family house with a 1980’s extension, each architect breathes fresh life into the properties and proves that great design doesn’t have to cost the earth.

Host and multi award-winning architect Peter Maddison follows new homeowners – all driven visionaries with a dream to change their lives and Australia’s architectural landscape forever. The backdrops are as varied as they are stunning, as Peter travels around the country showcasing many eccentric and unique grand designs as it does modern masterpieces.

Grand Designs
Presented by design expert Kevin McCloud, Grand Designs charts the in-depth process of ambitious design projects, from the initial detail of blueprints, to the long and often gruelling task of turning the designs into a practical living space.

Deadline Design with Shaynna Blaze
Shaynna Blaze sets out to take on her biggest and most personal project yet in this inspiring renovation series and for the very first time will invite viewers into her own creative and complex world as a working interior designer. This series follows the journey of a real-life home-owner who employs Shaynna and her design company to renovate their space.

My Dream Home
The Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott are determined to help couples find, buy and transform extreme fixer-uppers into the ultimate forever home, and since it’s hard to see beyond a dated property’s shortcomings, they’re using state-of-the-art CGI to reveal their vision of the future. Can they convince these hesitant homebuyers to take a radical risk? And can they complete their ambitious project on time and on budget?

Escape to the Chateau: DIY
The spin-off show to ‘Escape to the Chateau’, but this series follows sixteen British owners of amazing chateaus – aged from the 10th to the 18th Centuries dotted throughout every nook and cranny of France – are desperately trying to renovate and convert their (usually run-down) French castles into amazing, fairy-tale homes and money-making businesses.

Architect George Clarke gets under the skin of homes with history to unlock their potential and creates stylish solutions for period properties and make them fit for 21st century living.

Ireland’s favourite presenter and architect Dermot Bannon sets out to create a diverse range of beautifully designed and cleverly built homes for a wide range of clients in locations from the Dublin suburbs to the wilds of Donegal. Dermot is tested to his absolute limits with budgets with budgets raining from €.35,000 to .€120,000 and remodelling homes from concept to completion to make their household dreams come true.
