CyberPower launches new ultra-compact PFC Sinewave Rackmount UPS Series to protect retail, education and small to medium businesses
Space-saving short-depth rackmount UPS for equipment requiring active PFC power source

SYDNEY, 15 October 2025 – Due to the runaway success of their simulated sinewave short depth 1U Office Rackmount Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Series and the need for a pure sine wave short depth product in Australia, CyberPower have launched their new, 1U/2U-size Power Factor Correction (PFC) Sinewave series. This new PFC UPS series addresses the need for compact rackmount power protection suitable for a variety of retail, security, audio/visual, edge computing, telecom and networking environments.

Designed for office and server room applications, the PFC Sinewave (E) Series is a reliable UPS adopting line-interactive topology with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) function to offer stabilised AC power output. The products are compatible with electronic devices requiring active PFC power supply and equipped with hot-swappable battery packs for maintenance without power interruption.

The data line protection with high-speed transmission design safeguards networking devices against surges and spikes as well as supporting data transmission speed up to 1Gbps. Besides, the rackmount UPSs are perfectly suitable to be installed in places where space is at a premium because of the short-depth chassis design. In addition, the UPS feature a colour LCD panel for easy viewing of power information and also provide compatibility with power management software to achieve real-time monitoring.
