Broad City Returns
Season 2 Premieres Wednesdays from January 21 at 8.30pm
First on The Comedy Channel

New York City’s baddest besties are back with another season of shenanigans in the Big Apple. Broad City, this year’s break out new comedy will premiere its much anticipated second season Wednesdays from January 21, 2015 at 8.30pm only on The Comedy Channel.

Produced by Parks and Recreation and Saturday Night Live star Amy Poehler, Broad City is an odd-couple comedy about two best friends navigating their 20s in New York City. Forget everything you’ve already seen on TV about twenty-somethings living in New York, and get ready to fall in love with the hilariousness and wackiness of Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer.

Abbi and Ilana are broke and flawed, yet don’t shy away from the sticky situations NYC throws at them – they dive head first right into the muck. No matter how bad it gets, these broads are always down with whatever hits them. The series features a refreshing portrayal of friendship and everything the girls will do for each other (because they literally will do anything).

The second season of Broad City is sure to hit it out of the park with a priceless cameo from comedian and actor Seth Rogen (Knocked-Up and The 40-Year-Old-Virgin), as well as actress Kmiko Klenn (Orange is The New Black), and a few more surprise appearances.

The series already boasts a huge audience locally and around the world, and has gained critical acclaim including nominations for a 2014 SAG Award and 2014 Critics’ Choice Television Awards. Having already garnered a mass following starting out as a hit YouTube web-series, the Broad City girls are on the way up in the world in Season 2, marching to the beat of their own bucket drums.
