Just For Laughs Australia returns in 2014 featuring a standout line-up of Aussie bred and international talent with Season 2 premiering only on The Comedy Channel this December.
Made exclusively for Foxtel and filmed in front of a live audience at the iconic Sydney Opera House, Just For Laughs Australia showcases the hilariousness of some of the biggest names in comedy who performed as part of The Stand Up Series during the 2014 Just For Laughs Sydney festival.
Tune in for a buffet of top notch Aussie and international comedic talent including Ronny Chieng, Jim Gaffigan, Tom Gleeson, Matt Okine, Joel Creasey, Tom Ballard, Mel Buttle, and many more.
Razor sharp funny man Dave Thornton is welcomed back as host of the series. Thornton is an Aussie favourite and equally accomplished in the global industry, having appeared at major comedy festivals around the world including Edinburgh Fringe and the invitation-only Just For Laughs Montréal Comedy Festival.
The Just For Laughs Sydney comedy festival is now in its fourth year and the Just For Laughs Australia television series has been expanded in its second season to 10 episodes.
Just For Laughs Australia Season 2 premieres exclusively on Fridays from December 5 at 8.30pm only on The Comedy Channel.
