Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley are the health-loving foodie sisters from the UK with a passion for delicious, nutrient-dense cooking, and next month Foxtel will air the world premiere of their brand new series, Hemsley & Hemsley: Healthy & Delicious, on Monday, March 21 at 8.30pm on LifeStyle FOOD, and bring the sisters to Australia for the first time.
Hemsley & Hemsley: Healthy & Delicious will give viewers a sneak peek into the sisters’ world as they apply their healthy living philosophy to every aspect of life and show us how to take simple ingredients and turn them in to nourishing every day food that will make you feel your very best.
For these sisters, keeping fit and healthy goes hand-in-hand with eating well, but when life on-the-go tires you out, they know you need fresh, feel-good food, to get your mind and body back on track. There’s no frills or fad dieting and all of their recipes are free from gluten, grains and refined sugar, but don’t skimp on flavour.
Hemsley & Hemsley: Healthy & Delicious is an accessible and practical approach to cooking and will feature tasty, nutritious and innovative dishes that are easy to digest and make you feel happier, healthier and more energised like; quinoa muffins, black bean burgers and cannellini bean birthday cakes, as well as new takes on comfort staples like courgetti avocado lime cheesecake and cauliflower mash-topped pies.
Jasmine and Melissa are also the authors of best-selling cookbook The Art of Eating Well, which has seen them become two of the hottest health food gurus on the scene winning fans from the likes of Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. They also run a successful blog, popular YouTube channel and bespoke food delivery service, and write regularly for Vogue UK. Their new cookbook Good + Simple is due for release on March 21, published by Ebury Press.
Following the premiere broadcast each week, Hemsley & Hemsley: Healthy & Delicious will be available to watch when you want, on demand, via Foxtel Anytime on internet connected iQ boxes.
