Aussie alternative Indie Dance trio Jagwar Ma have been confirmed to light up the Channel [V] Stage on Friday 13th January. The new band will join chart topper Vance Joy who will take to the stage on Saturday 14th February. Warming up the crowds for Vance Joy, as part of the line-up at the free one-of-a-kind all-ages festival at Manly Beach is indie pop band, San Cisco.

Jagwar Ma is a musical project, est. Nov 2011 by Jono Ma and Gabriel Winterfield. Their debut album Howlin’ received universal praise here and internationally including a perfect and rare 5 out of 5 in The Times UK, NME (9/10), triple j (Feature Album), FBi Radio (Album of the Week) and Pitchfork (Best New Music) and international press thanks to Noel Gallagher saying he’s “too busy talking about Jagwar Ma” to think about reforming Oasis, amongst others.

Since their debut release Jagwar Ma have supported the likes of Foals and The XX and have done the rounds at major international festivals including Glastonbury, Coachella and Lollapalooza, as well as their own sold out shows across Australia, the UK and the US.

Keeping the Aussie contingency strong, Western Australian favourites, San Cisco will be the Saturday afternoon entertainment.
