Thronecast is a British television recap series following every thrilling episode of Game of Thrones Season 5 premiering with a new format that’s bigger and bolder than ever only on Foxtel.

Each week, host Sue Perkins (Great British Bake Off) and co-host Jamie East (popbitch.com) are joined by a panel including cast and crew plus guest experts and celebrity fans who discuss and dissect the latest storylines, offering entertaining and unparalleled insights into the world of Westeros.

Episode one special guests include Liam Cunningham who plays character Davos Seaworth, the Onion Knight in Game of Thrones, Dermot O’Leary (The X Factor UK), and historian Dan Jones.

Thronecast also includes exclusive commentary of key scenes from Game of Thrones Executive Producers and Writers, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, and interviews with cast members who try their very best to keep their lips sealed about upcoming events from Season 5.

Game of Thrones aficionado Jamie East delivers special reports and audience interaction alongside sneak peeks to forthcoming episodes and behind the scenes footage.

Filmed in front of a live studio audience, Thronecast launches with a one hour special and continues with half hour episodes to accompany the Games of Thrones Season 5 run.

Thronecast episode one premieres first on FOX8 Sunday April 19 at 7.30pm, with continuing episodes premiering first on showcase Tuesdays at 10.30pm.
