Fantastic collection of kids TV on the way for
Presto Entertainment

Just in time for the holidays, Presto, Australia’s premier entertainment streaming service, invites customers to explore some fun holiday favourites along with specially selected kids and family films to keep everyone entertained.

With school holidays and well-earned vacations in full swing, Presto’s Christmas film selection is sure to put you in the Yuletide spirit including such hits as, Home Alone, Santa Clause 3, The Muppet Christmas Carol and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Even though the weather down under is warming up it’s fun to think wintery thoughts at this time of year and Presto’s ‘Frosty Family Fun’ movies can help keep things cool with chilly tales such as, Frozen, Happy Feet, Ice Age, Brother Bear and Holidaze.

If it’s great kids and family movies you’re after, Presto’s ‘Animation Fixation for Kids on Vacation’ collection offers up some of the best family films including, Planes, Monsters University, Toy Story, Adventures in Zambezia and Jimmy Neutron – Boy Genius.

All these great films and many more are available to watch instantly via Presto Movies, an easy to use subscription video on demand streaming service.

The Presto service will expand in early 2015 to include television content as part of the recently announced Presto Entertainment service that will include a large range of children’s programming.

The collection will be announced in 2015 and will feature some of the most popular educational and entertainment programming available in the genre, all available for Presto Entertainment subscribers to stream on demand.

Shaun James, Director of Presto and On Demand, said “Christmas holidays are a great time to come together as a family and enjoy quality movies, and Presto has a fantastic selection to fit the bill for parents and kids alike. What’s more, we’re working hard to fill our Presto Entertainment vault with some fantastic kids programming that is bound to keep pre-schoolers and older kids entertained with lots of laughs and adventure.”

Presto Entertainment will offer subscribers with fantastic TV programs from a single online streaming source and will complement the existing Presto Movies service. Customers will be able to subscribe to Presto Entertainment or the Presto Movies service as stand-alone services or bundled together.

Presto Entertainment, a 50-50 joint venture between Foxtel and Seven West Media, will soon confirm its launch date and will make more announcements on its television content line-up in the coming weeks.

Presto offers an intuitive customer interface and delivers the best in local and international video entertainment, curated collections, recommendations and critics’ reviews. Viewers can enjoy Presto on TV via Chromecast, selected Android tablets, iPads, and PC & Mac computers.
