I just subscribed to Foxtel on T box and it doesn’t work. Here is a copy of the complaint I made on their website:
TBox. I subscribed to Foxtel om T box at about 8.30 this evening (7/7/11). All advertising on the T box and the telstra website say it is instantaneous. It crashed my t box 3 times and then had an internal server error. I called the tbox hotline and they said there’s a fault upgrade so it is not available and they can’t say how long it will take. Could be up to a week. I asked to cancel and she said I ha d to do I Via the website. I said I could wait a Day or two so long as I wasn’t charged. She said I could wait and she’d call me when it was fixed but it could be a week and I’d have to go thorough billing to get my money back! Last time I dealt with billingI ended up in a level 3 TIO complaint. My gut feeling is to cancel the Foxtel on Tbox and my telstra account and go back to Optus. M husband says I need to give you2 days to sort it out. Well here’s the time, sort it or I call the TIO, complaint to Foxtel and go back to Optus.
